Rescheduling and cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, you can do so until 48 hours before your session. To do this, check your confirmation email. There’s a button that says, “Change/Cancel Appointment.” Click that and follow the instructions.

Cancellations made prior to the 48-hour window receive a refund minus the booking fees collected by my platforms. Because of this, I would recommend rescheduling rather than canceling. I spend time preparing before every session, so if you plan on cancelling then please do so with as much advance notice as possible, thank you!

Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment time will be charged the full session fee.

If you are late or do not attend your session

If you are going to be late for your session, please let me know by replying to your booking email from Acuity as soon as possible. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show. No-show appointments will be charged the full session fee.

What to do if it appears that I’m late

If you join the Zoom meeting and it shows “waiting for the host to start this meeting” for more than 2 minutes after our scheduled time, please let me know via email right away (it might be a tech issue). Unless I reach out beforehand, the Zoom meeting will always be open right at the scheduled time.

If any of these conditions are confusing, please email me ahead of booking. By booking, you agree to these conditions. There are no refunds for completed labor, so if you attend a session you are required to pay the full fee.
